Loic ist ein Tool, mit welchem man Server down legen kann, so lange man will. Die Server müssen dafür aber recht schwach sein, damit das auch klappt. Andern Falls wird die Seite einfach nur langsam geladen. Dieses Tool ist umsonst und somit schnell auf dem Pc.
